The service was quick and everyone I interacted with was pleasant. I arrived at 8 AM, the security opened the door to the mall after a monitor two and the office opened at 8:30AM. By that time there were 5 people in the queue (including me). This was on a Tuesday. Get there bright and early and you'll be in and out in 30 mins.

Super quick and efficient service. I had an urgent new passport request done. Reached just after 9am on a working day, no queue and was back home by 10.15. I got a phonecall from my guarantor just as I reached home that they already got called from the office. Passport was ready for delivery the next morning at 11! For someone in need, this is extraordinary service! Thank you.

The St. Catharines Passport Office on Geneva Ave is painfully slow. Expect long waits and lines out the door. Be prepared for a test of patience.

This place is exactly as everyone mentioned. Expect long wait times. But sometimes you will walk in and out in 30mins also, this happened when I went with a friend at afternoon hours. Today I had to wait for and hour and finished my work in 1.30mins. But this place is still worthy of you want your passport soon than a regular service Canada which takes atleast 20business day for processing and over here it is generally 12-15 days on average. But if you pay extra 20$ and ready to go and pick up you can get your passport in 2 weeks and it is suggested if you have any plans of travelling and needs visa for other countries. They will tell you exactly what date you can come and take your passport for this option. You can also ask them what is the expected wait time and can also go out to have some food or coffee in the mall, but that is on your own risk. But overall it is suggested to go here and apply in person. And if you can get an appointment then it is more easy at this place.

Walked up at 8am and was 9th in line. Very friendly staff that explained the process once the doors were opened. Didn’t wait very long to be called, maybe 30 mins and had an amazing experience with James. People are quick to post negative reviews and not to give compliments when deserved. I wanted to take the time to say that all my interactions with the staff were friendly and helpful. Had to do two full new applications and James was very helpful, efficient, answered all my questions all while having a very nice conversation. Highly recommend this location. Many thanks to the staff and all their hard work!

My passport application was done in time but the person behind the counter in second booth right in front of pick-up lane she was with so rude and had much attitude. I was submitting my passport application and I was asking for her advice in filling up the form she was down talking to me and it was only 8am she just started her shift! I know they are doing their job but, they should know they are not doing people a favour and have to remember they are working for government and for people. Hope she change her attitude in treating other nationalities and be helpful.
