I had the unfortunate experience of working with Johnathon Song.

He has good reviews but I honestly don’t know why - he’s rude, unorganized and just wants you to ‘settle’. He gaslights like it’s in your best interest. The only good results from my case were from me defending myself to him and my own insistence.

Just one example is during a 4 way meeting the other lawyer ran the meeting completely. Johnathon was ill prepared and his notes looked like a bunch of random scribbles and numbers. He didn’t even know how to mute the microphone on the zoom call. Brutal.

Maybe he’s super junior? He acts like he knows it all till it’s time to defend you.

I was told my retainer would be more than enough for my uncontested divorce with no children or assets and that I would likely see your return. Don't fall for this, they will find ways to use it up and ask for more. My lawyer decided to reply to emails from my ex wife that I was not even aware of and charge me for them. You are supposed to represent me, not her, why reply to her questions that had nothing to do with serving her? Not pleased.
