During a joint decision making settlement conference he was rude to me, cut me off and let the mother of my children speak for minutes at a time. He offered her terms we never discussed which were in her favor. I dismissed him, the mother of my children offered me much much better terms and we are settling them soon. Even she didn't understand why he was making such decisions and offering such strange terms for me. Either way I am just glad I dismissed him when I started to realize something was very wrong.

This was my first lawyer that I unfortunately choose for my child protection case. He informed me to hold onto all my evidence for trail. That was almost 3 years ago, my side of the story was not told, very little of it was submitted. In my case, a 6 month supervision order has gone on almost 3 years. I have since fired Patrick, and obtained other legal counsel. He was a poor excuse for a lawyer in my case, didn't represent me or give me good legal advice in my opinion. I'd recommend contacting legal aid Ontario to get a list of local lawyers before I would recommend him as a lawyer.

I got him for a few of my children my first kids he didn't do much only cost of conflict of interest with my fault with my child's father which is understandable what was my reason children he's been amazing I am now going for him again
