Brent Roberts has the patience, knowledge, and expertise to navigate a real estate deal and does it with panache. We are so grateful to him for his assistance on selling our mother's house. If I could give zero star, I would have done that. This realtor listed a house at 851 Huber and my agent messaged Inna many times to see the place since 2weeks ago but we couldn’t. Worst communication ever! I called the office to talk with him but Heather, the staff working there, was very rude and told me you cannot talk with Brent! Tell your agent to call the office!

Don't list with this guy if you want to sell your property at all! Irresponsible! Unreliable!! The offer opens for 18 hours, he didn't respond to our offer and just let the offer expired. My agent had been calling and messaging him with no response whatsoever. When my agent finally reached Brent and told him the offer has just expired, his first response was "there's nothing I can do..."
My family decided to purchase another property because we don't want to work with this agent, just feel bad for the seller!

I had hoped to get a viewing of a listing sold by Brent Roberts and reached out for an appointment. The attendant Heather was an absolutely horrible person to deal with during the brief conversation I had with her. She was rude, aggressive and very poorly mannered. Telling me to "educate myself on real estate" after just seeking a viewing.

I recently bought a home that Brent Roberts was selling. When we made an offer on the home, he didn't event contact the sellers to let them know about the offer until after the time had passed that they were supposed to give us a decision by. He also didn't even know the list price of the home he was selling. Every time our realtor tried to contact him he was MIA so that everything took longer than it needed to. We added an addendum to the contract after our offer was accepted that the sellers did not adhere to. Brent Roberts' office should have taken responsibility for this legal contract by ensuring their clients kept their word or by compensating us for the cost we incurred because of this, but they would not.

Very very very very Poor Service and Unprofessional Realtor
I recently bought a home that Brent Roberts was selling. When we made an offer on the home, he didn't event contact the sellers to let them know about the offer until after the time had passed that they were supposed to give us a decision by. Our realtor tried to contact him he was not answering so everything took longer than it needed to and then i had to contact direct to seller for regarding offer. We took possession yesterday and same thing happen no one showed up from Brent Robert and my Realtor waited for more then one hour before he got text that key is under front door mat how unprofessional is this,,,

This individual “Brent Roberts” is an unethical reprehensible person, who gives the few decent real-estate agents that are still around a bad name.

On Tuesday 4th April 2023, we made an offer on a home, which was received and acknowledged by his office at 6pm on the same day.

This so called professional did not contact the seller to let her know we had made an offer to purchase, until after 2pm on Wednesday 5th April 2023 which was more 1 hour after our deadline for acceptance had passed. However he found the time to send a note just after 9am on Wednesday 5th of April to representatives of all interested parties, informing them that he had received multiple offers and inviting all to submit their best offers.

What goes around comes around Mr Roberts.

Unfortunately a minus rating is not possible.

Thanks to Brent and his team helping us downsize. The arrangement for rent back gave us plenty of time to move. It’s very nice in a stressful moving time. Special thanks for Lisa, she arranged 2 times for us to go back to the new place after we bought it, before the closing date to check how to do the renovations.
