All these reviews don’t lie. At least one of the clerks taking phone calls is absolutely disrespectful, unprofessional and should not be anywhere near a customer service job. After waiting patiently for 40 minutes, not complaining once, raising voice or using any attitude or profanity, the end result on the other end is apathy, disrespectful attitude and ending the call abruptly with nowhere near a resolution being reached.

On the other hand, the manager Darlene is excellent and the upmost professional, especially when handling conflict. She is the only reason I’m giving two stars. I would’ve given zero stars if I could if it weren’t for her.

PRO TIP: make sure when dealing with these clerks you record their name. If you are dealt with disrespectfully (or hung up on which seems to commonplace here) call again and ask to speak with Darlene to voice your complaint. Your concern will be heard and investigated. They will assure follow up.

These clerks need to understand the concepts of respect, empathy and accountability. Do not tolerate any disrespect when dealing with them, especially if you are treating them with respect and fairness.

Visited last Tuesday. It was a slow day with only one other person inside. Lauryn at the front information desk was super nice and helpful which is the total opposite of my expectations honestly, she's definitely improving the reputation of this place. Other staff members weren't not as polite/informative.

Don’t waste your time , disputing any kind of ticket here . The officers here are not ready to hear your point . I just wasted a work day to fight a red light ticket which was not my fault at all . The officers here are very unprofessional. Their body language is rude , I’m not worried about the fine which I pay but they should treat you with respect and kindness. Have to wait 1 hour just to pay my fine after the hearing . Basically they don’t want people to come there . They give no rights to people of Brampton . The matter should be escalated to higher authorities . It needs some change . You can check other reviews here too . I don’t want to reveal the name of the officer but this firm needs a change .

FOR A PUBLIC SERVICE OFFICE, BRAMPTON SHOULD BE ASHAME OF HAVING ON THEIR PAYROLL ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES IN THE REGION, TAXPAYERS MONEY SHOULD BE BETTER USED. I WILL HIGHLY ENCOURAGE BRAMPTON COURTS AND THE ATTORNEY GENERAL TO SEEK THE HELP OF IA. INVEST OUR MONEY IN AN AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND GET RIDE OF THE ENTITLED CLERKS THAT BELIEVE THEY CAN DISRESPECT TAXPAYERS AND THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL. 0 STARTS GOOGLE WE NEED A ZERO STAR FOR THIS OFFICE.

Disgustingly apathetic staff and broken justice system they have no remorse for people and their situations they are robbing people that tell them they don't have jobs and that the fine is too much for them to pay they DO NOT listen to you whatsoever and they DON'T care at all about what you are going through I wouldn't be surprised if they even asked money from homeless people. Very disgusting and disappointing staff and courthouse I pray that they all get treated the way they treat us and I hope they get many tickets and no one listens to their dispute request.

I did not have a problem with the administration staff. I had a problem with the demeanor of a screener officer( Mr.Jaferi). What is the point of your job? I asked so many questions about my ticket and still did not get any answers. I was also told " to keep it short because there are other people out there". Do they teach them how to communicate with people? This screener literally took the by law officers side instead of being neutral and explaining the laws appropriately. I took a day off work for this nonsense! As the other posts say they are working together and not for the people of Brampton.

I spoke to three different lady court clerks today and had a terrible experience with all three. To explain, they were both unhelpful and sassy. The last clerk gave a snarky comment to my question and hung up without saying bye.

Easy to find on Google maps. Lots of free parking. Helpful person at the information desk. It’s a large building but it’s easy to navigate around. Good signage and labels. Lots of chairs and benches while waiting.
