I visited Brampton City Hall on a Sunday evening or afternoon. I was surprised at how clean the exterior grounds are. There is a large Brampton sign outside, which is good for photo opportunities and there is a nice little water fixture to the side. There is also a park bench and I saw some people sitting there ready for a picnic. The large open area is very inviting for guests, and it is definitely worth a visit. I would certainly recommend dropping by this landmark in Brampton if you are visiting the city. Nearby are also other attractions like a park and playground, which is very convenient for families.

Went to get some information about certain programs. Parking is free and accessible. Very nice and clean building. Clean washrooms. Though the guy on the reception could've been someone welcoming and courteous who did not even respond to my hello, and just started looking here and there when I asked some details on the information provided. Again, for a place like this, the first person to interact should be knowledgeable and helpful. Once I walked away from reception, the girl on the security counter was more than helpful and guided and directed me. The place was busy but not crowded, and there was plenty of staff to help

I had gone here to get my work done. The first number of that day was mine. A girl called my number and asked for all my papers which she said were all fine. Then she asked me something which I did not understand. And she told me do you need a translator. I called the one I had gone with and she got them signed and started asking him something. He asked me and I told him. Suddenly she started talking to him is your English not fine too. And she said that you should bring someone else who can understand English well. When we told her that when we came earlier the lady we met understood us well then we did not need a translator. She talked to one of her female colleagues and she also told us to come again. But when this matter came up, she did not even try to explain to us. I would like to mention one more thing: the person who went with me has a band of 5.5 in his IELTS.

This is my third time visiting Brampton city hall regarding civil marriage. The city clerk’s office staff so helpful and supportive. I never get disappoint even i am visiting at 4pm closing time they are happily attending everyone. I really want to appreciate Monica and Aaron deep for being kind and generous.

Amazing time to visit during Christmas lights. Usually happens in November with music and food trucks.
Neatly put up and has all information you need within the city hall.

The cops here are very friendly and even the security guards.

We went to city hall to pick up something and receptionist wasn’t very helpful we told we want to pick up a t4 slip and told us to go to payroll then we ask human resources the she told us on 5th floor then he told us to go to 2nd floor then he told to go fourth floor then we talk to a guy there he said it’s on other side on finance then lady open and she said we have no access to financial payroll then they told us to go back down to receptionist and when we got back reception guy disappeared. I have to say customer service in city hall is very rude and never served us and not organized. It’s very stressful and I have bad anxitey going there and they don’t have knowledge of nothing they need to fix there city hall staff members never go there again.

This is for people that want to have a civil marriage ceremony. Once you park your car in the underground parking lot, take the elevator to the "G" floor. Then keep walking straight until you see the city clerk's office signage. You can then sign in on the kiosks for your appointment. When I went there, there was already a couple getting married. Their attire was super casual, just normal jeans and shirts. I dressed up, so did my wife, and had a suit on along with the white dress. This is obviously not necessary but if you do, you can take some nice pictures. The couples that came after us were super casual. So don't be afraid to go with your style. Now the best part is the person that marries you. She was an absolute angel, so kind, so sweet, guides you through the whole process step by step. She even helps you take pictures. I can't be more thankful to this person because she made the whole experience stress free. Overall, this was super efficient, very professional, and I couldn't be happier. Well done Brampton City Hall, well done!
