Excellent. Very pleasant to deal with and very efficient. We have used the company for a number of transactions, including house purchase and sale and wills. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

I had a fantastic experience with Lane and Joyce in November 2019 when working with them in the real estate law sector. I purchased my first home and I could not have asked for things to go more smoothly. It was such a relief to have such a personable and informative lawyer handle my documentation during my first home buying experience. Working with Bowsher+Bowsher as a whole was seamless. I will be purchasing another home this year, and look forward to working with Lane and her support team again. Highly recommend. 11/10.

This firm is not recommended for home sales agreements. They are not dependable for quick transactions on closing, purchasers left waiting late in the afternoon to get a key to home and there was no excuse as purchase was a cash deal. They didn't even call to explain why there was a delay. Had to call and put on hold only to say they're looking into it.
No paper work provided after a month has passed for proof of ownership. Excuse being they are still orking on months before!

They did a great job with my nails. Be careful with the language barrier. They ended up doing " shilac" on my nails without me knowing it. Good thing I liked it.

I certainly couldn't recommend these lawyers. They either are incredibly unethical and borderline illegal or alternatively they are illiterate. They put in writing that "as smoke detectors were not mentioned in the Agreement of Purchase and Sale the vendor would not be doing anything about it". Meanwhile smoke detectors are written directly in black and white in the agreement of purchase and sale not to mention they are required by law. This is just one of many issues where they lied in writing to try to cover for their clients breach of contract. I'm not sure how anyone at the firm is allowed to practice law.
