Divorced parents who have used this notary a few times in the past for notarizing travel letters for international travel with the children. The travelling parent has always prepared the document, pays for notary’s services and then drops the letter off with the notary (which takes less than one minute of his time). The other parent then stops by to sign the document in front of the notary and he stamps and signs the document for travelling parent to pick up. (This takes 2-3 minutes) The service we pay for is for 10 minutes of his time, according to his website. Never been a problem for the past several years. Today he was very rude and unprofessional. He took zero accountability for his own error in not noticing the travel letter was on two separate papers, which caused us to then book another appointment to fix it. His exact words were “That’s not my job.” Then he claimed he didn’t even have the document, but then “remembered” it was in his house as he works out of his garage. He comes back and then proceeds to blame us for everything and states that he will now be charging us for 4-5 appointments (approx $30 each) for one travel letter that takes, in total, less than 10 minutes of his time. I sign the document that he had misplaced then he yells at me to get out and doesn’t even sign and stamp the letter. If he would have signed and stamped the letter and given it to me, we would not have had to book yet another appointment to pick it up. He states in his reply that we could exchange it elsewhere, which I was willing to do, but he wouldn’t sign the letter. It’s absurd to even consider charging us $30 just to drop off a document. We had two travel letters notarized this month and paid upfront in full for both, which used about 15 minutes total of his time. Maybe he was having a bad day for some other reason today, but this was a very unpleasant experience and I will not use nor ever recommend his services again.

Great experience. We emailed Matt and Liz on a Sunday night for a notarization appointment the very next day and they were prompt to respond and very accommodating. Prices were reasonable and Matt was professional. Made the overall notarization process quick and painless. When you walk in you’ll be greeted by the very friendly and personable Lily. Would definitely go back again for any of our future needs!

She was quick and helpful however because it was an in home business she had her dogs there. She barely made any attempt to put them in another room. As soon as I entered they jumped all over me and once I sat down one began biting my feet. Only after it was very evident that I was uncomfortable did she shut them out of the room. I am not afraid of dogs but I would caution anyone who is. Her service was reasonably priced and quick.

Please DO NOT waste your time like we did. There was nothing professional about this place and it was probably the worst customer service experience we’ve had. Matt did not introduce himself (only learned his name from the business card), did not allow us to ask any questions and, worst of all, could not help us with ANY of the basic documents we brought to him. He was also running 15 minutes late despite the fact we booked an appointment online a few days ahead of time. On top of this, he rushed us out of his office because he double booked himself! We don’t even understand why he couldn’t help because he talked over us the whole time and refused to answer any questions. Unbelievably, he gave us his business card at the end as if we would ever consider returning. I hope you also learn from our terrible experience and go to a professional instead.

I would highly recommend Matt and his services - he makes sure that his clients have everything they need and that all documents are in place. Process was smooth, and fast. Matt provides a warm, friendly service. Delivers in an efficient manner - will come back for sure.
