C’est une amie qui nous a recommandé Adolfo Morais et comme nous sommes heureux de l’avoir écoutée. Il l’avait aidée dans ses démarches pour obtenir la résidence permanente pour sa mère, âgée, qu’elle venait d’accueillir chez elle.
Dans notre cas, il s’agissait d’obtenir la résidence permanente pour mon conjoint que je parrainais. La procédure à suivre n’est pas simple et peut susciter de l’anxiété. Je n’oublierai pas de sitôt ce soir de l’été quand il a fallu refaire une partie du dossier en raison d’un problème trop long à expliquer ici (dont il n’était pas responsable et nous non plus d’ailleurs). Il fallait faire vite; il nous a invités à le rejoindre à la fermeture des bureaux et nous sommes restés avec lui jusqu’à 21h! Et tout cela avec le sourire! On sent qu’Adolfo aime et maîtrise parfaitement son travail. Il nous donne confiance et nous aide à patienter. Tout s’est passé exactement comme il nous l’annonçait.
Et tout s’est déroulé en français en plus!
