Went on a Friday, so everything in the store was $3, but because of that it was pretty slim pickins. Picked up a really nice New York calendar for the latter half of 2025 but saw a few other things that looked interesting. Apparently the stock refreshes every saturday so will add to this review accordingly when I return.

Edit: have gone back on two different days (sat, sun) and have bumped my review up a star from all the cool stuffs I found, will def be back! 🙂

Waited 2 and a half hours yesterday in the rain before they announced it was not going to open because of the power outage, okay, understandable. Came today after they gave us "token" number 33 despite being roughly 10th in line (obvious even in their "thanks for waiting" video on social media). Only to get home with barely anything, and it's missing half the contents, and what is inside is broken, dirty, and doesn't function.
Garbage painted gold, with a "final sale" policy (edit: we were told if you open it you buy it so no chance to see before buying). Keep in mind this includes stock that's often been used and returned to big stores like Amazon, Walmart, etc. for God only knows what reason.
Super disappointed. Won't be coming back.

Awesome place! Wonderful staff. Brought out coffee and donuts yesterday August 9th for everyone waiting to enter while the power was out. You're guaranteed to find something cool or interesting

Feels like a treasure hunt, so many brand new items to discover! The store is well-organized, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Great experience overall!

Many products were broken or had missing parts and you're not allowed to open boxes to check if it's all there. I understand it's to prevent theft but it's frustrating to see empty boxes in the bins.

I also dislike their heavy use of obvious generative AI. (They should support real artists, and it's not that difficult to make a poster)

Great customer service Very efficient and Awesome deals
But check your boxes people steal pieces of things. Like dewalt battery stolen right from the box but the charger only left. As you can see in the picture it was supposed to come with both.
