Visited this location yesterday and very happy with the purchase. Newly open this location looks pretty big and spacious. Well organized and great deals are going on but only if you are okey with the expired good🙄. The clothing section looks but messy but rest food and games/toy section is nicely organized. Excellent prices and need to find purple button for more discount. Workers are polite and very helpful.
Outside parking is available,still store is not fully organized few boxes are in between the walk way. I like almost all home decorations and prices are pretty affordable. Definitely they need to clean the dust, almost all items are dusty and dirty. If you are looking for cheap goods definitely go and visit.

The same rule applies here as any "discount" store: Know Your Prices.
That said, there are some great deals here, and some so-so deals. Good prices on cheap tools (in every sense of the word).
I shop here fairly often and I'm about 95% satisfied. The good prices make up for the rare dud.

Absolutely horrendous service! My son went there to make a purchase at 8:40pm. They would not allow him in the store. Didn’t give a reason at all. I phoned in to complain and she hung up on me. I will be making a formal complaint to corporate office and I will also be taking my son in to identify the incompetent employee.

Went in to buy a mat and some pet treats. I found a flat of kitten pate 24 cans for 3.00. When I went to the cashier he said he had to check the price. What is so hard about reading the price on top of package. At first he tried charging me double the price for the product. It was clearly factory shrink wrapped and said 24 cans. I understand they need to make profit but double charging for something clearly marked at 3.00 ( in 2" high numbers) is not right. When I asked him if they honor the price marked he mumbled something under his breath and then charged the correct amount. All I can say is watch the prices! If they tried this with me how many other people did they do this to?

Not long after the new location opened once again began smelling like must and dirt. Are the staff not doing any cleaning. The staff are not friendly as well. I get it the store is much bigger than the old location but please make sure the cleaning is done so that the store smells fresh

Is it ok if we recommend City of Lethbridge to arrange public washroom here where customer is staying lot of time to spend lot of $$

Went at 8:30 to look around and was told that the store was closing in 5 minutes. What business anywhere closes at 8:35. I really don't think the staff there wants anybody coming in after 8:30 from other reviews I've read. Perhaps the staff there should Carol a little more about the customers and making a sale then worrying about getting off work at exactly 9:00 p.m.

Great place to stop and browse! Mostly cheap prices but some of their prices are definitely higher than other places!
Not a very clean place but what do we expect from a place that takes other peoples junk!
