Stay away from Bhandal's Law Office.

My experience with this law office was nothing short of a nightmare.
They were incredibly slow and utterly unprofessional.

After closing, the house was left in a disgusting state, neither cleaned nor emptied. Despite countless emails, the lawyer never bothered to respond. When I finally got through by phone, they were not only dismissive but outright rude, even yelling at me, and bragging about how many deals they closed. This level of disregard and incompetence is inexcusable.

I end up having to pay close to $2000 for movers and cleaning companies out of my pocket.

Avoid this place at all costs.

Everybody there was very kind and helping! They all have big hearts and are all very professional. The smell was nice and the materials inside were nice and clean. You can tell they really care about cleanliness and are good human beings. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a real estate attorney, but they’re probably good at any job. 10/10!

I had a hard time closing a deal through them. It’s a long story. The law office was representing the buyer and the seller. On the night of possession they called me (seller) and said the buyer did not secure a mortgage so the deal did not go through. You can imagine how devastated I have felt. In the end the law office charged an additional $400 for doing extra work such as calling the buyer and spending extra time on my file .I wouldn’t recommend this office at all. Also, the admin was rude and unpleasant to work with.
