I regret to say that this law office has extremely bad service. They will be nice only till you have not paid to them.
I was there for legal service. Mr. Bhalla met me and was nice at that time. i thought he will be right lawyer for that job.
I paid him whole fees which he asked me to pay. He promised not any more after that because it was for my parents immigration purpose.
Later he didn't do any paper work for my case. His staff was ignoring me.

i visited his office many times and asked front counter to let me meet him but always different answers like: he is in court even thou his car was parked in parking lot. He is with client don't know how long will take. When you asked for appointment then he don't have any availability for next 3 weeks.

After 4 months i asked him for refund then they charge $850 out of $1750 for doing nothing for my case.

Please Please Please don't go to this law office for any service unless you will regret to waste your time and money. They just try to ripoff to you legally.

*WARNING * Read this review before you hire this unprofessional lawyer .I can say he is very low standard and greedy lawyer . It was my worst decision choosing him . He did nothing in his career i am not sure who give him a degree or license. He only remembers me when he wants a payment otherwise after getting money he never responded to any email or phone . He don't have any idea how to handle a case. It took him 2-3 year just to understand a very clear crystal case but he never takes it to conclusion because he was expecting some cash not a final decision , such a wasteful person . I wish his license gets suspended very soon .

I wish I can give them 0 star. Very unprofessional law office. Don't pay Rajiv anything before your work done.
Rajiv will show you his face only when you will have money in your pocket once your money transferred to his pocket he will disappear.
Front counter will have plenty of excuses such as he is in court. He is busy. He will contact you but he will never get back to you.

I took his service for selling property and he ask me $ 850 for that service. When he sent me account summary he changed me $1625.
I tried to meet him to ask for extra charges but he never see my face again.

Other charges were for photo copies, mailing charges, phone calls, software use.

I was wondering then what he ask me for $850? Why he didn't tell me exact amount since I was able to get that service cheaper than him from another honest lawyer.

I would say he is not lawyer but he is a liar .

Never go to this lawyer. Take your business somewhere else.

I called him yesterday, it was very bad experience as he is very rude and try to get to much involved in my family without any reason. He charged way more money than the initial fees amount he told me in first meeting. overall it was very bad deal to choose him for my simple file.

Worst law office in Edmonton.
I sold my property in 2011. He held my money said that buyer is not satisfied with some small pending jobs in his house .
I requested him at least 40 times via email for my money to release. But he said buyer is not agreed. I stated in my email to get permission form buyer to let's enter into his house and fix issues.
Each time he gave me different excuses.
I ended up to complain to Law Society .Law Society step into this matter then he released my money After deducting $716.81.
Guess what is for $716.81?
For emails charges, phone calls , software use charges for sending emails.
I have published his bill as well with this review.

Never go to this Mr .Bhalla.
