I have known Bernard since 2015 and we have worked together on a few deals already. He is very intelligent, knowledgeable and professional and I am very happy to see his law firm has been growing since then. The office staff are all very friendly and responsive. There were situations where the developer tried to shuffle me around on an assignment request, or in the most recent transaction I had a serious tenant dispute issue that almost got escalated to the Residential Tenancy Branch. Bernard stepped in, offered very helpful legal advice, and eventually helped me resolve all the issues and ensured the smooth closing.
