I worked with Benesh Bitz on a private house purchase. They are very friendly, that is the first thing you notice working with them. However, I am not particularly happy with their responsiveness and punctuality. We had to walk out of the purchase due to foundation issues and it took us more than 2 weeks to get the deposit check back! Nobody believed a simple deposit return (minus admin fees of course) would take that long and it caused a lot of trouble for us. I appreciate their friendly approach but I am not sure if I would refer them to any friends.
