I want to sincerely thank Mr. Edward woods and his professional staff specially Ms. Ashly Freil for the outstanding work on my recent landlord and tenant board ( LTB) case .
My Tenant had filed a complaint against me as a landlord . Mr. Edward Woods handled the case with strong response , Mr. Woods and Ms. Ashley Friel presented the case with confidence, and deep knowledge of law.
Thanks to his efforts, the judge dismissed the case in my favor, and I could not be more grateful .
I truly appreciate all the hard work and commitment put into achieving this result .

Edward was disorganized, unprofessional, and consistently rude. his behaviour raised significant ethical issues. After I paid, I expected at least basic communication and preparation, but that never happened. He had over a month to review my evidence and go through the case, but he didn’t. I uploaded all the documents and never got a single call to discuss the issues or strategy. not him or any body from his team reviewed the tenant’s application. I had zero preparation or guidance. he had only a vague idea about tenant application T6 and no understanding of the details.
He ignored deadlines, never explained the process, and offered no real support. If you thinking to get legal service from him, be aware you might end up completely on your own while thinking you have representation. I strongly recommend looking for someone who actually communicates and prepares for their clients. I strongly advise others to explore other options and proceed with caution when considering this paralegal.
It was honestly a terrible, stressful experience, and I felt scammed.

I don’t need to respond to your request for proof. I left this review to share my experience so others can make informed decisions, not to communicate with you. Based on my experience, working with you could be risky for clients. You can doubt my review if you want. why do you care so much about defending yourself against a review, but you weren’t available to study my case? Why did you ignore the application you were paid to handle, but now have all this energy to argue online?

Your reply asking if I’m “brave enough” to post my real name says a lot about your attitude. No one should need to be ‘brave’ to share their experience with a professional they paid to represent them. I put the 1 star and which is a protected act for basic right of a civilian ( right to express). That type of language is aggressive and intimidating, and it only proves my point you cant handle a simple review without turning it into a challenge. Clients shouldn’t have to feel like they’re dealing with hostility instead of help. This review is for the public, not for you.

I would not recommend using Holly to represent anyone. I had a human rights complaint against a previous employer for a substantial amount. Holly did not file within the time constraints. When I asked her about it she initially said this time constraints came into effect after we filed. Then she said the rule was always there but rarely enforced. When the Tribunal came back saying they would not allow my case to go forward, Holly told me it didn’t get filed in time because I didn’t provide her with all the documentation in time. I went back in my emails and forwarded her the evidence that I had provided all of the information long before she filed. Holly was recommended to me by a paralegal friend and I honestly believed I was in good hands. I’m still astonished that this happened. Any legal representative should be fully aware of time limitations as the Tribunal is very strict on this. If you are needing legal representation please run from this individual.

If I could give 0 , I would have You're extremely unprofessional.
I was in your office for a month , alone at many times. ( You couldn't afford office staff).
I also still have files in my computer.
I am reporting this to the LSO, as you've done to many before me.
An honest opinion, with receipts to show.
I've worked to hard in life, done far too .any things, to be taken down by a dishonest, disgraceful paralegal and his common law partner.
