I'm very disappointed with my experience. In addition to my $900 fee, they charged me over $500 dollars in other fees including an $80 courier charge when I drove out and picked everything up, $20 for long distance phone calls and $50 for photocopying (I received 3 pieces of paper). I don't have an issue with the $900, but who pays $20 for long distance phone calls in 2025? It makes me suspect that they aren't being honest with their fees. I phoned twice asking for a more transparent breakdown of costs and they've refused to provide anything. I will never use them again, and I would recommend that people closely check their bills.
