Marie is your landlord paralegal (lawyer) to defend your case against anything at the Ontario Landlord and Tenants Board. You should not look anywhere else and waste your time and money. She's cool, collected, very knowledgeable, and will get your case to win and win big. Her price is the most competitive, she will handle things at the hearing so you do not have to do the heavy lifting. Hire her and you will be glad you did. Highly recommend Marie for any landlord. She won our case hands-down!

If your a landlord in Ontario, don't wait until your tenant defaults - just get Marie already. She really took time to explain things, gave us hope and was quite candid. The lawyer we hired before Marie was totally useless - don't waste your time with lawyer, they're out of their depth when it comes to TLB, while it's Marie's home turf!

If there were 0 stars I would have done so.
I had hired her to represent me, but after the communications she finally forwarded me with my tenant, it seemed she was helping her more than me. She would take her sweet time to get back to me, but with my deadbeat tenant she would answer within minutes, even on the long weekend. She failed to tell me the conversations she was having with my tenant. I finally fired her today her excuse was, I won't be micro managed when I questioned her loyalty to me as a paid client. I have never seen or heard that before.

Highly recomended!! Marie is very professional in her field. She saved me from stunt driving charge and also took care of my some more serious tickets in toronto which were completely dismissed at the end. And she has very affordable charges and also adjust payment into small amounts partially. 👍🏼
