This place used to be great. The last three times I’ve been it’s “too close to closing” 15 minutes prior to print.
I was having trouble with email asked if they could go on a site to print and the freckled woman at the counter rolled her eyes to the other clerk. Very disturbing. Will not be back. I will drive to Port Colborne which is further out of my way before going back to brutal basics.

This is my go-to local printing place for all my Multimedia & Digital artwork I do for my small business. The staff here are beyond helpful, courteous, friendly, considerate and an absolute pleasure to be helped by. Always taking it a step further to help with anything you need sourced & printed and never short of a good laugh & smile while I'm there. While the below situation was quite frustrating, I'd like to say that the Store Manager Kathy contacted me immediately to rectify the situation. She went above and beyond to ensure that they did everything possible to make things right. I am very impressed. I would consider going back.

TERRIBLE! I would give 0/5 if possible.
I was quoted (in an email) a job of printing $0.40 per page for ~65 pages (which would be ~$25) and then was charged over $60. When I asked to explain the charge, Vicky told me that it was my fault and she tried to warn me that their prices were outrageous. When I mentioned they should give a total in their quote next time so this doesn't happen to someone else - she said "You should have asked, that's on you"
