I was in a town outside of Edmonton when I looked at the phone for a brief moment to check google maps, never taking my eye off the road. I suppose that’s still considered distracted driving. Yes, a hefty fee made that go away, but I would be unable to qualify for my companies insurance if it wasn’t for this service

My previous 1 star was removed ? it seems Alex does not like negative criticism for underwhelming performances and charging top dollars for his services. My ticket was seemingly not well fought at all and basically just admitted as guilty plea. So my ticket ended up costing almost double what it originally would have and was to no benefit to me at all... Completely unsatisfactory work. Hence why I left( and will leave another) 1 star review.

I can’t thank Ernie enough for his knowledge and expertise, and experience is helping resolve tickets. At first we felt like he’d forgotten about our case, but we stand corrected as he does truly fight for you when the time comes.

I left Alex Picado 1 star and for some reason my review is delete. In short .. please do not use him to fight your traffic ticket. He takes money and never fight for you. I am a very clean driver, and first time i got speeding ticket driving 68 km on 50 zone. I paid Alex $361 for his services and his fake promise but end up lossing my case. You can present yourself better than pay him and get the bad news. When i left him 1 start he called me and start behaving like maniac, very agreesive, and upset why i left him 1 start. Stop harrasing those who give you 1 Star. I wish i can give you zero because you deserve it.

If I could give Ernie 10 stars, I would. I had a Careless Driving ticket for a first offense which felt a bit harsh, but when I contacted Ernie and told him what had happened, he was able to tell me right away if he could help me or not. Sure enough, my $600 Careless Driving (6 demerits) ticket went down to a mere $155 and 0 demerits. I was very pleased with the professionalism and attention that Ernie provided along with the fantastic result. Highly recommended.

Got a speeding ticket in Leduc as I was driving to Edmonton. From the moment I reached out to Ernie he was engaged, responsive and explained what he would be doing to try and help reduce the impact of the ticket. Less than a few weeks later he had my demerits struck down from 2 to 0 and only required a $93 fine. I can't thank him enough for his advice and assistance. He's a straight shooter and competively priced - make sure you call him first.

My friend recommended me Alex, I texted him and we talked he asked me for $350. After few days I sent him the money and he said he will sent me an email letter on that day. I waited for 2 days but nothing shows up. And then next day was court date and this guy isn’t replying me since then.
Again after 2 days I got notification that he didn’t accepted my e-transfer so it got deposited back.

Just a suggestion if you guys cannot handle that many things don’t promise to people.

This is the second company in 20 years that I have tried. Waste of money. Was going 20km over, got ticket for 33 over. They got ticket reduced 3km. In their defense, Alberta has worst traffic police in Canada. And courts are guilty until proven otherwise. Going to buy a dash cam so I have evidence next time!!!!
