Have been working with them on my American taxes for several years. They have always been slow and expensive. This year was particularly bad with them taking 6+ months for a very basic return. To add to that they decided to charge more than they normally do and when asked about it they said there was nothing they can do. Do more research and find another firm.

worst experience. BDO worked on my bankruptcy. 2 years after discharge i'm still fighting with RBC to remove what was included with my BDO Bankruptcy. My credit score is still damaged years later as a result, after reaching out to BDO they refused to do anything to fix the issue they were paid for, I was told " i'm no longer a client, Its not our problem ". Absolutely useless, look elsewhere before thinking of contacting BDO Debt solutions.
