In all my years of buying homes in Canada, I have never had mortgage signing done so good. Leanne was always there to answer my questions, I am talking about the same day, sometimes right away, always return calls same day as weĺl, very polite and knowledgable. Lisa, the lawyer, explained what we were signing in such detail. Most of the times in my previous mortgage signing, we were just given the documents to sign and if we did not ask, we were not told what we were signing. My husband and daughter were of the same opinion and once we got off the Zoom signing, the 3 of us said it out aloud the same time that, this experience was just so different from all the rest. I am very happy I found them and would refer them to all my family members and friends
