Careful who you use from this firm. I made the mistake of employing Victor Bargen and have numerous emails where he doesn't reply. He didn't state his bill beforehand and only acted like a good lawyer once he sniffed a settlement. In my opinion, a weak lawyer who will get bullied by any competent lawyer. You would be better served by looking elsewhere. I will never recommend this lawyer or firm after the horrible experience I had with them on trying to close a settlement where I hadn't been paid my severance. Beware. If you use this firm, avoid the lawyer I used. Legal aid would be better than this guy.

After getting $750 from our office right off the bat, we had to chase this lawyer for an email response and property purchase update.

This lawyer asked for all our original documents and (lost?) never returned.

Both office secretaries gave our company a run around.

Save yourself a headache and hire someone else.

Anyone that can read or write would do a better job than this firm. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this lawyer (Victor Bargen) and this firm.

Nina Holatova handled our house purchase of a new house and sale of our previous house. It was a terrific experience. She is well organized and accessible. She was able to sort out some details related to the the transfer of properties that could have been annoying but as a result of her efforts the transactions went smoothly.
