Super happy with our overall experience.
My brother and sister-in-law recently used Axess for their mortgage renewal as well.
So when my sister-in-law recommended that we use them, we thought we’d give it a shot.
The fact that we were able to do our signing virtually from our home and after “regular” business hours so neither my spouse & I missed any work.
Some of the wording could have been better at times. Like confirm marital status…do you want written or verbal confirmation?!
Overall, we will definitely use Axess again for our new renewal or new mortgage down the road.
