Used Aida's services during the purchase of a pre-construction condo. Aida was unprofessional, tardy, and disorganized throughout the entire process. She was additionally rude when I confronted her about completing work last minute. She blamed the builders, who I then spoke with directly afterwards and they relayed a different story. Overall, I would highly suggest people use a different lawyer if you value professionalism and quality work.

Aida V. was very unprofessional - not taking responsibility. A simple task of making sure keys are left in the unit at time of closing -did not happen and she put them in the mail. I've never heard of doing this before-how can you move in without keys, fobs ?

DOENST EVEN DESERVE A STAR BUT WHATEVER!!! I am going to say this lady is the most stuck up person I've known. First of all, when we called the receptionist, she didn't tell us what we needed to get the documents we needed. Apparently we needed birth certificates that show the name of the parents and children. Second of all, Mrs. Valois is a very rude person and she was talking over us and wouldn't listen to what we had to say, so I had enough and told her off and she didn't like it and she kicked us out, she couldn't handle the truth and her receptionist Margarita or whatever her name is, wasn't nice either. After we left, we went to another notary office and guess what? we didn't need the birth certificates, the Canadian passports were more than enough, so I guess she was just giving us a hard time because she probably thinks she's Canadian and cant stand her own race, she was even talking to us in english like... I'm confused!!!!!! Oh and by the way, my husband is Canadian and she was SUPER nice to him. VIEJA RIDICULA Y PRESUMIDA!!!

This is a 5 star establishment. Aida has gracefully taken over Sandra's clients. I for one love her and she is so very sweet and understanding . Thanks for the help in closing my home in November xo
