I would not recommend Donald Wilson to anyone seeking strong, reliable legal support in a family matter. In my experience, he was unresponsive, passive, and disengaged at key moments when clarity and direction were most needed. There was a noticeable lack of follow through and little sense of urgency or care for the outcome of the case.

Family law requires more than paperwork, it requires presence. Unfortunately, that was not provided. I found much better law support elsewhere and I suggest you do to.

I am a single mother and was trying to get the guardianship order and divorce. I got legal aid and was given Matt Anderson as my lawyer . I never met or have spoken to him and my case was dealt by Jason Sidhu an article student when i started my case there and the entire guardianship matter was dealg by Jason ans there was so many unnecessary delays caused by him. Initially there was spelling mistake in the very firat application filed in court for my child guardianship. Seriously whwn u are filing an application will you just enter it as given somewhere or will you ask for an identity document and use it as given in the document? . Jason said the childish excuse as the spelling was given wrong by legal aid . Seriously? . Finally after many delays and fight i got the order . Then comes the divorce matter . Initially i was told that since it was uncontestwd and i have remaining hours for the guardianship i can use that hours for filing divorce. Then when i was about to send notice he said it is not included and i paid for it and the notice was sent to my ex and he dis not respond and the notice period got over and then the only step remaining is to file for final order and then hw started bargaining and asking money and i was fed up and i decided to end it there and chose another lawyer . Now my new lawyer is also trying to contact him to get the original documents from him so that we can file it in court . He is not responding as usual. Just to get a document from his office we are constantly trying to contact him but no reaponse. What a professionalism . I am done . Pathetic service

Dealt with andrew kemp… to simplify my experence for everyone. 1. he can’t even write a basic child support court order. 2. Took 5 months for it to be register within the registry, oh and he made mistakes on it so registry sent it back for him to fix. And at the end of it all, it was written so poorly that FMEP’s lawyers read it as it was only good for 6months. Then told me he can see how fmep could interpret the order like that. Nice guy though.

Matt completely neglected my file. I am a single mom with two kids. I paid for his service and he did nothing. When he would have conference calls with me he would mix up how many kids I have and say random things about my file where he clearly wasn’t organized, prepared, motivated or even ethically responsible to work. These are people lives and being a single parent and paying legal fees is hard and for Matt to neglect his responsibility of work is not ok.
I work in this field I strongly recommend do not waste your resources on someone who doesn’t care at all.

I contacted this company through a google search and within 24 hours I had a lawyer to help me with my appeal. I called late in the day, had a deadline of 6 days and had no clue how it all worked.
