Stop looking here - this is absolutely the person that you want doing your testing. Hands down.

Dean was extremely thorough and stopped to let us know along the way exactly what it was he was doing and why. I am quite a novice when it comes to general handyman tasks but he made the entire process extremely easy to follow - can't say how lucky we were to get a recommendation to have him in!

Having the camera walkthrough is way more entertaining than it should be for what it is - I might be weird in thinking that, but it is! I also appreciated him showing me exactly where to keep an eye out for things that may crop up down the line.

I feel now that not only can I rest easy knowing that nothing is going to go wrong with the house I'm buying - but that I also learned a lot and genuinely enjoyed learning it.

Would recommend to anyone who asked! 110% satisfied.

We had Dean do a well, septic and radon inspection on a house we purchased last year. He showed up at the specified time and went to work immediately. He gave us exact details in terms of the well's recovery and water quality, did a dye test and visual inspection of the septic system (including going back 3 days later to ensure no dye was visible in the field!) as well as ensuring alarms and pumps were functioning as expected and also placed and collected the radon test kit. He is extremely knowledgeable in regards to all things water and septic and his report will convey that knowledge. If I buy another house, this is who I'll be calling.
