I came to Atkinson’s based on a couple of recommendations from family and friends. Previously, I had worked with a popular Bookkeeper in my neighborhood who also came highly recommended but who didn’t end up delivering on the service agreement that we had made. As a result, some emergency services via a large, national firm were required to ensure compliancy for my small business before the end of the tax season. I got great service but the cost was just too much for my small company. I was nervous about trying another provider after that experience but I could not be more delighted with the service I have received! From the first meeting the interactions have been extremely positive. Initially, a thorough review of my company’s books was completed, gaps were filled, adjustments were made and I was given fantastic go-forward advice with lots of options and clearly explained pros and cons. Since then, the top-notch performance has continued. Every question I’ve had has been met with a thorough, timely and comprehensive response. Costs are reasonable and my account has been handled in a very professional way with a lot of personal touch. I have a very small business but I don’t feel that way when I am meeting with the folks at Atkinson’s. I recommend them to everyone and I have thanked those who gave me the same recommendation.
