ASK Legal helped me getting rid of nightmare tenants who refused to pay rent for a year. They are not only knowledgeable in RTA, but are also good at negotiations. They are also good at communicating with clients and makes sure that you understand subtle things that can easily be overlooked. On top of that, they would really think from your perspective, and remind you the priorities and what's the best to do.

Anthony was a great help to us. My tenant stopped paying rent and had bad behaviour issues during his stay. He also made a complaint to the L and T Board regarding maintenance issues and requested us to refund all his money for his stay.
