It was a horrible experience to get paper work for our house transfer. Everything in the documents were wrong we also paid 350$ for a "lawyers review" and all the dates were wrong and he didnt review the statement of accounts. A month later the furnace compay was still billing the previous home owners event though its the lawyers job to make sure all rentals for the house are in order befor closing. Would litterally do NOTHING for months then 2 weeks befor closing would rush us for all the documentation needed and would give a list prior to that. Horrible experience as a first time home buyer and would not recommend

Will and POA documents. Thorough explanations, prompt service, reasonable cost.
UPDATE: A typo was made took 3 phone calls to get an appt to correct and they were going to charge over 200$ because it had to be 'rewritten'....not true...the name of the POA was incorrect...that was all that needed to be 'rewritten'.
So...going to another lawyer.
