I brought my elderly mother in to get a life alert. We were greeted by a man named Matt and he was extremely helpful. He explained everything very clearly so that my mom understood how it worked. Very pleased with the service there. Thank you Matt for making my mom feel safe being alone in her home.

Horrible company. Ticketed my daughter for parking in our own driveway in which she was not blocking a sidewalk, or with in a fire hydrant, or close to anyone else's driveway, etc.. we have always parked at the end of our driveway for over 30 years of living in our home and never been ticketed. This is absolutely ridiculous.

The meter maids or extremely rude and have an bad attitude before you even say anything. Power tripping while not even being tied to the city where they can be held responsible absolutely dumb founding.

Most of the Security Staff of this company are humble public servants. Similar to all vocations that require people to have a degree of authority, I have dealt with a few from APEX who demonstrate serious control issues. Overall APEX keeps a good watch.
