What a treat! This was my first time in Angela’s space. The energy and beauty were amazing. She led me through a guided visioning meditation to pick my word for 2025. Then I created a Feeling Collage to represent that word. And then … a powerful Reiki treatment - energy healing that had me experience quite a bit before snoring at the end. I went to Angela when my menopausal symptoms started getting intense. Like many woman feel. I felt out of control of my own body and needed guidance and grounding. I have grown so much from Angela through receiving reiki, through taking reiki level 1 training and through workshops such as 12 weeks to wellness and vision board workshops

My journey with Angela started about 7 years ago with a 12 week to wellness program when I was struggling with where I was in my life and life changing decisions I had to make. Weekly we would meet whether in person or by phone and I learnt to work through my issues , make the right choices for me. It was not always easy but Im so gratful for the guidance.

Through reiki sessions and reiki level 1 training I have learnt techniques to ground myself, to listen to my inner voice, to let go of what / who nolonger serves me and I am a much happier person.

I love the inperson vision board workshop ever year and it gives me focus on whats important, what I desire and what I want to manifist into my life.

I practice reiki in some form each day especially by writing my gratefuls in a journal and by taking deep breaths when I feel anxious.
