The company itself has questionable morals from what I’ve seen and interacted with, and I would distance myself if I were you. The owner has since replied with baseless lies, I’m disappointed in the lack of professionalism displayed by this company.

As a first time home buyer I was very overwhelmed and had very little knowledge on the steps i needed to pursue to ensure that this process would go smoothly. I contacted multiple lawyers days before the closing date and majority of them told me that I was cutting it close and might need to ask for an extension. Upon finding Ahmad Ammar days before the closing date he reassured me that it would not be a problem and he would take the weight off of my shoulders and get the job done and that is exactly what he did. I was well informed and thoroughly explained every step of the home purchase process, which can be very complicated not to mention overwhelming. I was very relieved and pleased when I found that Ahmad Ammar was not only very knowledgeable in his field but also welcomed any and all questions I had, having an open-communication policy with his clients regarding every step of the transaction. I knew I was in good hands. I would highly recommend him for any and all first time home buyers because of him, my first home buying process ended up being a much more pleasant experience than anticipated.

Always good experience with Mr Ahmad Ammar and his staff, make you feel as a family member been dealing with him since I moved to Canada and always have 100% satisfaction with all the results . Had few cases were going on with the court and were dismissed, not mentioning selling and buying my houses through him and his staff. Best real estate service ever.
