Unfortunately, my experience with Carolyn was awful. Actually one of the worst experiences I've ever had dealing with a "professional," and for one of the most sensitive things in life. She sold the process to us as being very flexible and taking into account our specific needs/requests, but we found her to be highly inflexible and biased. She doesn't handle emotions very well from clients, so watch out if you're still "dealing" with things. My partner and I were aligned on how we wanted to handle our separation agreement, and we very much felt like she put us 10 steps backwards. As soon as we cut her loose and talked about our plans, we found we were still aligned and able to come to a preliminary agreement in one short conversation.
