What a wonderful experience at Ambassador Real Estates & Legal Services, their staff were super friendly and kind. Also if you have children, this is the place to go!! I had a poor experience with this notary. We were refinancing our property, and they held nearly $20,000 in trust for 9 months without a clear explanation. Due to this delay, I incurred over $1,200 in interest charges.
Imagine someone holding onto $21,000 of your mortgage funds for almost a year it’s unacceptable and shows a lack of professionalism and accountability.
This left me with a need for a lawsuit .
