I'm extremely dissatisfied with Tilda Roll's service. I engaged her as my lawyer, hoping for support and guidance, but instead, she painted an unrealistic picture of the case's outcome in order to get her retainer secured. Unfortunately, she was unable to deliver on anything close, neglecting my situation for over 25 days, merely relying on one email to communicate with my ex. My ex then got a lawyer and they returned aggressive actions, driven by Tilda’s sole letter over that span. This has placed me in a situation that could have long term repercussions on my life. Furthermore this time sensitive matter resulted in an emergency motion filed against me by my ex and her lawyer, a situation Tilda should have preemptively addressed. Her lack of assistance and constant busyness left me feeling unsupported. Additionally, her behavior was unprofessional as she yelled, belittled me, and seemed forgetful about crucial aspects of my case. Her inadequate explanations and rushed interactions further worsened the issue, leaving my ex's side aggravated and intensifying the potential damage, making it seem almost as detrimental as not having legal representation at all. I constantly felt under pressure with her attitude.
