Aman took my case on but in the end they had poor communication and I felt taken advantage of being a persons with disabilities. They tried to double charge me in the end after originally setting a flat fee, and pretty much took the side of the BC prov lawyer that I am fighting against for the wrongful death of my father, all because we have a broken system that needs to be reformed. I felt taken advantage of by all sides and truly its a sad state of affairs in bc when it comes to the wrongful death act and how the bc gov overstep their power and rights on average citizens with laws that are unjust and outdated.

Aman Oberoi took around 20k and did not show any results on getting my son in my life whom I never met for 4 years - I have not met my son even at his birth he assured me he will get orders from VAN NEW WEST court - took me on a ride for better part of a year. Wasted 20k on his firm with ZERO results. No Court Orders- I had to learn stuff myself to get orders from the courts- He is focused on billing you for even a paperclip. One star is still to much I would give him and his law firm ZERO stars like the results he and his firm have given to me. DO NOT USE THESE LAWYERS. !
