Being in close contact with all those involved it was really impressive to see Richard at work. Prior to the mediation, the parties involved could not even be present in the same room together. Richard and his partner were critical in first getting everyone to meet and to talk again. By the end of 2 full days of mediation all parties felt better and were able to move forward.
