My experience with Alice Huynh was an absolute disaster. She was disorganized, unresponsive, and consistently failed to meet even the most basic professional standards. Communication was nearly nonexistent. I had to chase her down for updates, and when she did respond, it was often vague, dismissive, or too late to matter. She seemed unfamiliar with the details of my case, missed important deadlines, and made careless errors that cost me both time and money.

She added more stress to an already difficult situation. I felt ignored, misled, and ultimately betrayed by someone who was supposed to be advocating for me. I would strongly warn anyone considering her services to look elsewhere.

Response to this review: Why would I try again after you failed me once when this is a serious matter involving navigating law? Who knows how else you can fail me if I proceed with your services. You already failed to make a first good impression so no, I will not try your services again. It doesn't take a scientist to know that people don't use their real names online.

People don't use their real names online to protect themselves and to prevent unwanted phone calls from companies that have failed them, such as yourself. You think the name "Poker Star" is a real person's name that left you a positive review? Aren't you a lawyer? Bad argument. Yes, I will leave negative reviews on both locations because it is your company that failed me and people should be aware before approaching someone who can't show up for the first consultation. You failed to show up to my appointment, you failed to follow-up and now you fail to acknowledge your mistake. You want me to delete my review because no services were provided. No services were provided BECAUSE you didn't show up. Bad argument again! You are so quick to assume your scheduling system, your receptionist, and your business is unflawed and can't make mistakes. You dismiss valid negative reviews and demand they be deleted. You assume so much and are so wrong because of that. Future clients be ware of booking any consultation with this firm. There are too many other firms with experience and real professionalism to use in Vancouver. Good luck.
