Worst lawyer in Toronto.
No follow up. We did not know any information before the closing day until I called his office myself, his staff even did not know when is the closing date. He didn't prepare anything for me. He did not answer and return the call when we said that is urgent.
The staff have bad manners. The lawyer himself had bad service as well. He does not answer the question even though we asked countless times.. He sent our document with our private information to the wrong email two times, no apology. He receives money, but does NOT do anything. He wants extra charge but does not finish his duty. Worst experience in my entire life.

Highly recommmended! I have been windowshopping /comparing long before I went to Alex law office. Initially I thought the price was very economical compared to most other cheap asian law offices(if you have a low budget on lawyer fee like I do). However what shocks me even more is their incredible professionalism and efficiency. My case was quite tough cuz i only gave them a short time to close it. That’s why I couldn’t appreciate it enough when they nailed it within such a short notice. Nowadays it’s so hard to find a reliable team like Alex's when most lawyers get so impatient to explain anything to you after taking your retainer money. Not to even mention from my family’s experience that some law offices try to scam your money through hidden fees by verbal quot or charge you more out of nowhere in the middle of the deal after they lock you down. But alex office sent a clear and straightforward quot before I even had an offer!

1 Star is to his assistants. They are nice. 0 Star to this lawyer himself. Terrible terrible attitude. Didn't even ask clients' opinion before making agreement with the other side's lawyer. Didn't even try to fight for his clients! Just wanna push u to close the deal to get his money!! And, the charge is not cheap at all.
