Great service!! We did home sale/purchase with Alena's help. The price was great and we got all the info explained to us in detail. Alena was very helpful about going over everything as it was our first time. With her attention to detail she helped us ensure that we dont get misguided by strata and save the money. She is very polite, professional and trustworthy. We will be doing out of country travel docs with her too, as I wouldn't go to any other notary, even so we live in a different city now.

Super rude person!

Called to get a consultation on notary services and met with rudeness and a lack of professionalism.
Instead of acknowledging my inquiries, she spoke in a dismissive tone, making it clear that my call was an inconvenience to her pointing out that she is busy and I'm bothering her with stupid and meaningless questions. "I don't understand why I'm loosing my time on such a meaningless questions".
Despite my attempts to explain my needs and seek guidance on the notarization process, Alena offered no assistance.

Alena did my will and power of attorney. I found her charges were very reasonable. Alena strives for attention to detail. She also will explain all aspects for the job at hand and give you options. Her command of the written word is outstanding.She is over qualified being a Notary. She used to be a federal prosecutor in her home country. You will never find a more qualified and knowledgeable person in the lower mainland for the price

WARNING! BE AWARE of Alena, she's a liar and total rip off! I wanted a certified copy done and statutory declaration and asked her on the phone how much they would cost. She told me $30 for both. When I arrived, after she have done them she charged me $70. When I asked why she said it was $30 for each and $10 for a regular black and white copy that she did extra (note these would cost 10 cents in the library). After I had left her office in disappointment I called several Notary public offices to see the price range and for my specific two documents they all said it would cost between $30-40 FOR BOTH. So not fair to make me pay $70!! I would never recommend her as a person who lies and rip other people off is not professional in their job at all!! Lastly I wrote her an email wanting a refund for the extra charges she put on me and she replied she would refund me only if I gave her back all the documents she done for me (which I had already mailed away) and I told her that they were gone, and she still refuse a refund. What a shame!
