Ian J Smith is a double edge guy, he is collecting wages from our tax yet, union places him in the board to protect them from impunity dismissing all the cases against union, wake up Alberta employee union is an illusion of advocacy, learn your rights & apply it yourself. this is from my own opinion & experience.

Another government Bureaucracy and as useful and expensive as the Canadian Senate.
After several emails and phone calls (becasue thet kept avoiding the answer) they admitted that if an individual took their Union to the LRB, even insipte of overwhelming documented evidence, you have a LESS that 5% chance of winning. Even if you do win, you get next to nothing, but blackballed and ruined.
By almost every definition of "Kangaroo court" and "Bureaucrats" they meet that standard. You would have a better chance in a Chinese CCP court.
