Totally disgusting experience here. This place exists for purely making cash and the adjudicator that was processing cases here yesterday was just downright rude. It was either her way or nothing else, have met better people in my life. Shouldn’t be dealing with members of the public. Also, access to the building is less than desirable, court proceedings unorganized and I agree with all other comments given here. If possible definitely zero stars.

It would be nice if they had a sign on their door saying they aren’t doing court dates in Airdrie and not be spoken to like an idiot when you show up to the location the ticket says.

Customer service is fine, but how is it fair for an online prosecutor to base every reduction request off of evidence only? I’ve known people who speak to a judge and they are given their requested fine reduction without any form of evidence, but because this pathetic online system doesn’t care about circumstances or anything besides evidence it’s immediately rejected! This is not how you treat people, there is no opportunity to be heard out unless you have some sort of evidence based dispute. This is a disappointment, clearly they do not care about people. If you’re coming to dispute a speeding ticket as I have, just stay home and and pay the fine. Even if you have evidence, stay home and dispute it, this building has no reason to exist as they immediately tell you to go online when speaking to the customer service agent.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This courthouse has very unfriendly staff who seem to hate their lives. They refused to help me and rolled their eyes when I wanted to ask them a question.
I got a ticket in November and went to the courthouse on the agreed date to request a reduction in the original total. I expect to speak to a representative or lawyer as I have in the past, however, they had me scan a QR code and fill out a google form. They then told me that this is me speaking to someone and I can leave now. The next day, they emailed me saying I did not provide evidence that I would need a reduction, and I will need to pay the full price with no exceptions.
I was not given a fair chance to defend myself and request a reduction. The courthouse is a scam and the staffers I spoke to need to face consequences for their incompetence.
Sick to my stomach with this lack of support and professionalism.

If i could give this place negative 10 stars i would, i went in to dispute a traffic ticket they told me they dont do in person court dates anymore and its all online, and after i had submitted someone would contact me before the court date. Well no one contacted me and now i have a notice of conviction because i didnt show up on the court date. Because they told me i wouldnt have to come in. Also why are they open 2 days a week this whole place is complete trash.

Negtive 10 This should be closed for good as it's useless, called them before going to the court to file a dispute note. Over the phone they said yes you can file it at Airdrie location, and on arrival they said you need go to calgary as our system is different. Staff is rude and highly unfriendly. 10.30 Am 11th April.

Pretty good scam they have going here.
You get a ticket with a court date on it so you can either pay it or fight the ticket.
You show up on the date and the court is closed with no way to pay or fight the ticket.
No wonder they give out tickets like candy on Halloween its FREE EASY MONEY for them.
