Recently used Ain-Whitehead for a corporate share sale. At the outset, I explicitly asked for two things: simplicity and timeliness. Neither were accomplished. Missed deadlines and poor communication was my experience. It certainly felt as though the lawyers on both sides were purposely making the process more difficult than it had to be (this would certainly increase the billable hours on both sides). This was the second time I have been through a process like this: the first time also involved some missed deadlines but the level of professionalism on the prior deal was exceptional. I would highly recommend you look elsewhere.
