I reached out to Riaz after being referred to him by my sister-in-law. I hoped that this referral, coupled with the fact we belong to the same community would encourage Riaz to take extra care in my case, however I was wrong. Right out the gate the decision to go with Riaz went wrong. He constantly made and missed promises to meet certain deadlines, placing the needs of his other clients ahead of mine. Once he finally reached out to my employer, he was able to get a resolution quite quickly… the sum to my surprise (as I’ve never been in such a situation) seemed to above and beyond expectations. That is until I learned my other colleagues received similar returns… seems as if my employer simply wanted to resolve the cases ASAP. There was an issue with my payout as I was promised a specific arrangement but was delivered another. When I asked Riaz to follow up in this matter I received little to no support. As soon as he received his compensation, I was kicked to the curb. When I attempted to follow up, he used gaslighting tactics to make me feel as if I was in the wrong. My payout at the end of March and it is now Oct and remains unresolved. Incredibly disappointed in how this relationship played out. Riaz’s lack of communication and care should be considered when deciding whether to pursue his services.
