Bought my house using Agahi Law, wouldn't personally recommend it. Lawyer on the file shifted a bunch of times, the seller didn't furnish the required appliances, and I was told "to file a counter claim" if I wanted it enforced. As a "resolution", the seller left an oven outside and I was told to be happy with that. It sits there till today. Furthermore, I never received the balance of the amount left in trust and apparently a cheque was sent to me, which I have never received. They told me to go chase it with my bank claiming it was deposited. Again, more work for me (the client) and less for them. But their rates were reasonable.
