Very knowledgeable of landlord & tenant laws. Was strategic in getting us a fool proof preferred outcome . Explained all options and possibilities on day of LTB hearing . We are very satisfied and would use them again. Ashley was prepared with 9 volumes of evidence against tenants and represented our best interest . She was empathic, accurate and professional. Rates were also reasonable .

Guess I should have looked at the reviews before trusting someone on their word and a handshake. Most unprofessional practice I’ve ever seen in my life. I have mold growing in my basement and could t stop coughing the whole consultation and expressed I need this done in a timely manner and I also have a concussion and memory loss cause of a bad accident in out consultation. Ashley said after I pass the new law to make sure it’s not money laundering that we will get right to it and get the retainer ready. After I paid her $200 I never seen someone smile so big like she had ripped me off. She was so happy to get started in the consultation and I cleared the new law proving I’m not a money launderer. Then I told her this morning again my situation and I’m ready to pay her right away. Then she waits till end of the day to say I’m not patient enough so she felt she couldn’t represent me. She didn’t tell me a single thing I already didn’t know in consultation. And what lawyer wouldn’t want to get started immediately with a client that’s ready to pay as soon as possible and has all the witnesses and proof the lawyer needs? Wonder if she’s willing to give back my money. Just another hack paralegal. Not a real lawyer. Also should of realized her office was in a crummy building and barely could find it. That “paralegal” Ashley in Sudbury is horrible and a scam artist. Pretty sad I have issues already and in school still and now I gotta file a complaint against her. I clearly stated my mental health and physical health are currently extremely compromised cause of getting hit in a car accident. You make money launderers look good. Oh ya, and that day of the consultation of my brothers fourth year anniversary of her suicide. Never seen someone jump for joy so high over $200. Karma is real and you have zero class. Good thing not all paralegals are like you. No wonder you have such poor Reviews. She should be prosecuted for theft.

Receiving phone calls for paralegal services claiming LTB will not allow Property Management to act as an agent for the owner. Awful, and misleading tactic to get business. I didn't contact the law society, your welcome.
