I am relieved and happy to get back my health thanks to Dr Brit Watters. From our first meeting together, I knew that I was in good hands. She is thorough in getting to know her clients in a safe environment. She is patient, compassionate and listens. Lab results are explained in a manner that I can understand. Dr Britt consults with me on next steps to move forward so that I am not overwhelmed. If you are invested in improving your health, I highly recommend Dr Britt.

Melanie, the office receptionist, is welcoming, lovely to work with and her smile brightens my day. She makes sure I have the necessary supplements and arranges shipping to my home outside of Kelowna. This is a busy office, and I can always count on receiving a reply within 2 to 3 days. I feel cared for from a distance.

Dr. Alexandra is truely amazing! If you’re wanting answers for your body and an understanding of what is going on you gotta see her! She is very thorough and proactive in getting you started with a very thorough treatment plan. For all you ladies that have fertility issues, pcos, thyroid and digestive issues she is a must see! Sending all my lady friends to her! Also shoutout to Mel at reception, super friendly and quick to get back to me.

Right from the start, Melanie greets you with a smile and makes you feel at ease and Dr Brit is the fountain of all knowledge when it comes to your health and what is holding you back from being your true self again. I am so glad I reached out and am finally feeling back to my usual self after being told by my doctors for years that my fatigue and all around low feeling was "completely normal for a woman of my age". I’d highly recommend this clinic if you’re a woman and looking to get to the bottom of your health issues, or deepen your understanding. I’ve been at a loss for years and felt totally overlooked and neglected from our regular western medical system. Dr. Alex hasn’t overlooked a single area in my health and it feels so reassuring to finally begin navigating through my health concerns. Every appointment I am left with another piece of the puzzle. The receptionist Mel is also very warm and pleasant to speak with. Your health is the biggest investment you can ever make and I am so happy I’ve found this place. <3

Pleasant appt BUT hard to get an email or phone call returned, treatment and diagnostics expensive, over $800 of bloodwork suggested. Hours are limited, went twice to pick up meds and they were closed. Altogether a frustrating experience. Left feeling that without winning a lottery will have to deal with health problems.
