I’m very displeased with the customer service from Adam and the reception staff. I sent all of my personal and business documents to them nearly a full month ago and have not heard back.
I have followed up multiple times and have been told someone will call back “later” or “tomorrow” repeatedly but no one has called back.
This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

When you see this, please have Adam contact Stevan immediately. Thank you.

Phenomenal service! I needed last minute help with some documents for my freelance business, and larger firms wouldn't even meet with me to discuss. Running a sole proprietorship or small business can be a lonely and confusing space to navigate, and so many places I called made me feel like my problem was not worth their time.

Adam went out of his way to make time for my small-but-stressful issue, and he really put my mind at ease. I will definitely be going back to him for all my future accounting! Thanks Adam!

Extremely happy with the tax services provided. We lived in the United States for a few years and when we moved back to Ontario found it very hard to find a tax accountant willing to help us file our taxes while outside of Canada due to the complexity. Contacted Adam Shaw and his team with a last minute tax return for myself and my small business. I also had a property sale at the same time which made for a very stressful situation. Very unhappy with their services, I provided them with all documents needed two months ahead of time. They waited till the very last day ( May 1st) to notify me that I need to come in and sign the documents and forgot over $4,000 worth of write offs on my rental property, a mistake which would have cost me $1,800 if I did not notice this and have them correct it. I also had to request the T776 form which should have been included with the paper work...No apologies or remorse from them.
