Don't waste your time.
After contacting these people and explaining that the situation was time sensitive I was told I'd get a call back. After waiting a couple of days and hearing nothing I called back only to be told that Steve was to busy to handle my request and to find somebody else! WOW! that was really helpful. Now my time to file an appeal is almost up and I have to start all over again.
No, I'm not a client of yours and never will be. Could have told me from the get go that you weren't interested and given me a chance to go elsewhere sooner.

Let's get the facts straight. At NO TIME did I receive a call or message from this person. I have checked the call logs and there is NOTHING.
The first time I spoke with his associate she said she would pass the message on as you were in court. I finally called your office back on Friday and only then was told you were to busy to take my case.
So the review stands as originally stated.

Retained in June for renewal of us entry waiver . By late October I heard nothing from them . Finally got a hold and I know she forgot all about me . It was ready to present to us customs 4 days later. Here we are middle if February and I can't work as my waiver expired
